Parcel Forwarding, Acceptance, and Inspection Rules
  1. Parcel Acceptance: Upon receipt of a parcel, if we find that it does not meet the product packaging requirements (e.g., severely damaged exterior packaging), we will not accept the parcel and may return it to you.
  2. Parcel Inspection: If your parcel fulfills all product packaging requirements, we will open it to check for forbidden items, then weigh it and place it in the warehouse.
  3. Air Shipment Requirements: If your product does not meet the requirements for air shipment, we will mark the corresponding order and notify you regarding the return process.
  4. Missing Parcels: If your parcel has not been signed for by our warehouse after the standard delivery period (our warehouse is located in Dongguan, and domestic parcels typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days), please contact your domestic logistics provider or our online customer service team to check the status of your parcel.

Product Inspection & Verification and Warehouse Stocking

  1. Product Inspection & Verification: By selecting this option, you authorize us to check the product’s quantity, color, size, and other details. After inspection, we will discard the original delivery box, repackage the product in JoyaBuy packaging, and store it in our warehouse.
    • Note: This does not apply to fragile, easily damaged, or extremely large items, or items where the delivery box is part of the packaging. Actual packaging may vary.
    • Exclusions:
      • Slight color differences, size errors, and usage effects are not covered.
      • For electronics and digital devices, we do not check quality, model, or accessories.
      • Sealed products like CDs, figures, and adult toys will not be opened. We only check the exterior for damage.
  2. No Standard Quality Inspection: If you do not select this option, we will either refuse to sign for the parcel or repackage it for you. If the original box/packaging is damaged, we will refuse to sign or repackage the parcel. We ensure proper storage and protection of your product. For any issues with the parcel upon arrival at the warehouse, please contact the sender. JoyaBuy is not responsible for compensation.
