Warehouse Storage Period

Item Storage Period: Items are eligible for a 90-day free storage period in the warehouse, starting from the moment the order status changes to “Stored”. This period provides you with ample time to plan for shipping and consolidating packages. If you need a longer storage period, you can select “Extend Storage”, which only costs 10 CNY for 30 days.

Parcel Storage Period: After submitting a parcel and before paying the shipping fee, the parcel is eligible for a 30-day free storage period in the warehouse. Please pay the shipping fee for the parcel within the storage period.

Abandonment Policy: If you still haven’t submitted the parcel or paid the shipping fee, and haven’t had any form of communication with us after exceeding the storage period for items or parcels, unfortunately, we will have to consider these goods as abandoned. In such cases, the parcels will be destroyed in accordance with our disposal procedures.

To avoid any inconvenience and ensure that you can receive the items you purchased, please submit your parcels and pay the shipping fees within the corresponding storage periods.
