Inspection Scopes of the Shopping Agent Service:

  1. General Goods Inspection:
    • The inspection scope includes checking the appearance of goods upon arrival at the JoyaBuy warehouse. Professional quality inspectors will examine the color, large areas of damage, stains, size, model, and version number. However, discrepancies such as color differences and actual size are not part of the inspection.
  2. Electronic and Digital Products:
    • The inspection for electronic and digital products covers only the appearance and does not include checking the completeness of accessories or performing power-on checks. Quality inspectors will send arrival pictures to the user for product confirmation.
  3. Issues with Inspection Results:
    • If you have any issues with the inspection results, you may request after-sales service.

Please Note:

  1. Special Commodities:
    • For special commodities such as electronic and digital products, the inspection does not cover color differences, size errors, or usage effects. Inspectors only check the appearance without conducting power-on tests.
  2. Unverifiable Information:
    • If information is unverifiable, such as no obvious damage or contamination, it will be assumed that you have reached an agreement with the merchant.
  3. Non-transportable Goods:
    • If it is found that the goods do not meet transportation conditions upon receipt, a special mark will be made on the order to remind you to negotiate return services.
