Compensation Standard for Insured Parcels

In the event that your parcel goes missing, gets damaged, or is seized by customs, and provided that you’ve acquired parcel insurance or the shipping service you opted for comes with complimentary insurance, our compensation will be calculated based on the actual shipping expenses of the parcel and the real – world value of the products within it.

* The maximum amount of compensation will be equal to the insured sum.
