This list outlines goods and services prohibited on JoyaBuy, compiled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. JoyaBuy reserves the right to add, delete, and modify the list based on legal provisions, regulatory requirements, and the platform’s own policies. 1. Drugs, Precursor Chemicals, and Drug Tools
   • Various potent poisons.
   • Opium, morphine, heroin, marijuana, and other addictive narcotics and psychotropic drugs.
2. Explosives, Dangerous Goods, and Chemicals
   • Explosives: All types of gunpowder, explosives and their products, detonators, fuses, and other ignition and detonation equipment listed in the “Civilian Explosives List”.
   • Pesticides: As specified in the “Management List of Import and Export Pesticides of the People’s Republic of China” by the Ministry of Agriculture.
   • Asbestos.
   • Various hazardous chemicals including 1,2-Dibromoethane, aldrin, heptachlor, dioxins, and others.
   • Silica sand, quartz sand, and other natural sands.

   • Endangered and precious animals, plants, and their propagation materials.
   • Tiger bone, rhino horn, bezoar, musk, and ephedra.
   • Endemic and rare species such as white shellfish and penguin shell.
   • Wood and charcoal products.
   • Forest litter and other untreated or chemically treated plant materials.
   • Other animals, plants, and their products subject to inspection and quarantine.
8. Items Endangering National Security and Insulting Information
   • Printed matter, films, photos, records, movies, audio tapes, video tapes, laser discs, computer storage media, and other items harmful to Chinese politics, economy, culture, and morals.
   • Items involving state secrets.
9. Gambling/Game Tools
   • Television electronic game machines, coin-operated electronic game machines, and other gaming supplies.
