STEP 1: Search Product

  1. Copy the original product link of your desired item and paste the link in the search field on JoyaBuy.
  2. Use the product name or photo to search on JoyaBuy and select from the results on Taobao, Tmall, and 1688.com.
Tips:
  1. Search is available on Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Yupoo, and Weidian.
  2. If you are unable to search for products (e.g. using a shopping agent service on platforms such as Yupoo, WeChat, and Xianyu), try using our “DIY Orders” service. Enter product details and complete your order.

STEP 2: Submit Order

Choose the product’s color, size, and quantity, then proceed to add it to your JoyaBuy cart.

STEP 3: Pay for Product

Select a payment method and make payment for the item(s) and Chinese local shipping fee.

* Please note that the money you pay for the product will go to the seller. If you need to return or exchange it, the money involved is a matter between the user and the seller. The agents of JoyaBuy will serve as a communication bridge in the middle.

STEP 4: JoyaBuy Purchase (Status: “Order Processing”-“Purchased”)

Once the order is placed, the order status will be “Order Processing”. At this stage, the agents of JoyaBuy will start accepting orders and making purchases for you. When the agents have completed the purchase, the status will be shown as “Purchased”.

* You can click on the red “contact” next to the order to reach out our agents during the purchase process for additional information or questions.

STEP 5: Seller Sends Out Item (Status: “Seller Sent”)

After the seller has dispatched the product, the status will be shown as “Seller Sent”. At this time, the product will arrive at the JoyaBuy warehouse within a few days.

* Sometimes the seller fails to dispatch the goods in a timely manner, so the order status may remain as “Purchased” for a while. Please understand that we have no control over the seller’s shipping speed. However, you can contact the agents to urge the seller.

STEP 6: Product Arrives at Warehouse (Status: “Stock Arrived”) & Quality Check (Status: “QC Completed”)

After the JoyaBuy warehouse receives the product, it will carry out a Quality Check (QC) process on the product and take several product photos. You can view the pictures in the “Order” slot and get an idea of the general quality of the product.

Within 5 days after the QC is completed, if you are not satisfied with it, you can click on the “return/exchange” next to the order, and the agents will handle it for you.

* Please note that if you exceed the return/exchange period, the seller will no longer accept returns or exchanges, so please check the QC photos in a timely manner.

STEP 7: 90 Days of Free Warehouse Storage (Status: “Stored in Warehouse”)

We understand that you may not necessarily want to send out the parcel immediately. Therefore, each product can enjoy 90 days of free storage in the JoyaBuy warehouse. If you wish to extend the storage period, please click on “Extend Renewal” in the “Warehouse” slot and pay a small storage fee to get the extension.

STEP 8: Submit Parcel

Once all items are stored in your “warehouse”, you can fill in your address info, select items, submit parcel, choose one of the available shipping lines, and pay for international shipping fee.

When you are ready to submit the package, there are options of “Submit parcel” and “Rehearsal” respectively. “Submit parcel” means you first pay the estimated shipping fee calculated by the system. After the warehouse finishes packing for you, the actual shipping fee will be worked out. If the actual shipping fee exceeds the estimated one, you will need to pay the difference. “Rehearsal” means you first pay a service fee of 20 CNY. After the warehouse finishes packing and figures out the actual shipping fee, you will make a one-time payment. You can make the choice according to your own needs.

Tips:
  1. Some products may have restrictions on delivery method. The system will automatically screen out the available shipping lines according to your products.
  2. Additional services, such as removing packaging, reinforcement of parcel, and insurance, are available. Please select these options before paying the shipping fee.

STEP 9: Use Coupon & Pay for International Shipping Fee

Choose a payment method, select a coupon and pay for international shipping fee. The coupon is only applicable to the shipping fee and cannot be stacked. After submitting parcel, click on “Select Coupon” and choose the coupon you want to use.

Tips：
  1. The deposit for international shipping fees is determined based on the estimated weight of the product, the chosen shipping method, and the destination.
  2. The final shipping fee will be calculated based on the actual size and weight of the parcel confirmed by the shipping company. If there is a difference between the final shipping fee and the deposit, contact our customer service and the difference will be refunded to your JoyaBuy balance.

STEP 10: Waiting for Delivery

Use the “tracking details” to track your parcel in the “Parcel” slot after it has been sent.

Tips:
  1. International shipments come with the risk of accidents such as delays, confiscation, taxes, damage, and missing parcels. JoyaBuy cannot control or prevent such incidents, which may occur during the handling of the parcel by a third-party logistics company or customs. However, JoyaBuy strives to provide the best service and will inform you about the shipping situation for your selected country and assist you in case of any issues.
  2. The parcel insurance covers parcel loss and customs seizure.

STEP 11: Delivered & Review

After receiving the QC photos and the parcel, you can click “Apply Reward” next to the product or parcel, and share your joy with others on social media as instructed. We will offer some small rewards for these shares. For more details, please visit https://joyabuy.com/share-activit/.
