• Orders submitted between 08:00 and 18:00 Beijing time will be processed within 6 hours.

• Jingdong and Amazon’s self-operated logistics typically deliver items on the same day of purchase. For franchised merchants, items are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 days.

Domestic Delivery Times to JoyaBuy’s Warehouse:

JoyaBuy’s warehouse is located in Chengdu, Guangdong. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Pearl River Delta area: Delivery within 1 to 2 working days.

• Yangtze River Delta area:Typically takes 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

• Other remote areas: Generally takes about 7 working days to arrive.

 Inspection Time:

• The inspection process typically takes about 1 working day.
