Special Standards
Certain products have specific return packaging requirements. If these requirements are not met, you will not be able to return or exchange the product.

| Sneakers | The anti-theft clasp (if any) and the anti-damage sticker must be intact and fully functional. |
| Detergent/ Tampon/ Paper/ Fragrance | The one-time sealing packaging (if any) must remain sealed. |
| Hair Care/ Wig | The one-time sealing packaging (if any) must remain sealed. |
| Skin Care/ Body Care/ Essential Oil | The one-time sealing packaging (if any) must remain sealed. |
| Cosmetics/ Perfume/ Beauty Tools | The one-time sealing packaging (if any) must remain sealed. |
| Digital Products/ Home Appliances (Excluding cameras and large home appliances) | The internet access permit must not be damaged; There must be no water damage. |
| Digital Camera/SLR Camera/Camera | The shutter of SLR cameras must not be pressed more than 20 times. |
| Large Home Appliances | LCD TVs and air conditioners must not be installed on the wall. Simple debugging is allowed; Washing machines must not have been used with water. |
| Models/ Anime Products/ Anime-Related Peripherals/ Cosplay Products/ Board Games | Tapes and plastic seals (if any) on products like models, figures, soldier figures, and BJD must not be removed. |
| Electronic Components | No welding operations; Integrated circuits must not have been installed on any IC base; The one-time sealing packaging of consumables like thermal silicon grease, thermal paste, electronic glue, encapsulating glue, sealant, adhesive, conductive glue, and conductive ink must remain sealed. |
| Game Software (under “Video Game/ Accessories/ Games/ Game Guide”) | The one-time sealing packaging (if any) must remain sealed. |
| Pet Foods, Health Products, and Drugs (under “Pets/Pet Foods and Supplies”) | The one-time sealing packaging (if any) must remain sealed. |
| Books/ Magazines | The one-time sealing packaging (if any) must remain sealed; There must be no traces of folding, water stains, stains, ink marks, or reading marks on the product. |
| Animal Health Products/ Veterinary Drugs (under “Ranching/ Farm Products”) | The one-time sealing packaging (if any) must remain sealed. |
| The one-time sealing packaging of products like food (including supplements), cosmetics, medical devices, contraceptives, personal care supplies, adult supplies, baby diapers, books, and audio-visual products must remain sealed. “Sealed” refers to the seals or plastic wrap on the product packaging applied by the manufacturers. |
