JoyaBuy provides shopping agent services exclusively for selected third-party platforms and is not liable for potential risks and legal consequences, such as quality issues or copyright infringement. To protect your interests, JoyaBuy will conduct multiple inspections of the product, maintain communication with you, and offer after-sales support throughout the process. If you wish to purchase a product from a third-party platform that cannot be verified, you may encounter issues such as additional service fees, inability to complete the purchase, and shipping risks. Shopping Procedure

The shopping process is divided into two steps, and you will need to make two payments. We recommend estimating the international shipping fee before placing your order.

Step 1: After you pay for the product and the domestic shipping costs incurred in China, we will purchase the product on your behalf. The purchased item will be shipped to the JoyaBuy warehouse. Please note that the storage period for parcels in the shopping agent service is 90 days. You can buy multiple products and consolidate them into a single parcel to save on costs.

Step 2: Once your products are stored in the JoyaBuy warehouse, you can consolidate them, submit the parcel for shipping, pay the international shipping fee, and have the parcel sent to you.

Logistics Risks

The logistics services for shopping agent products are provided by third-party logistics providers, which are subject to customs policies, and there may be associated logistics risks. You should consider these risks, as you will be responsible for them.

As a service platform, JoyaBuy partners with numerous third-party logistics providers to ship the products we purchase on your behalf. JoyaBuy is not liable for confiscation, damage, loss, or delays of products due to customs policies or uncontrollable risks related to international transportation. However, JoyaBuy will inform you of potential risks in advance. We are committed to enhancing our logistics insurance services to help you assess possible risks and minimize potential losses.
