When the goods you ordered arrive at the JoyaBuy warehouse, the staff will set mailing restrictions based on the attributes of the goods. When you submit the parcel, the system will filter available routes according to these restrictions to help you choose suitable options. If your product does not have any transportation routes available, you can click “View Reason” on the desired route and contact online customer service to verify the specific situation.

If you are familiar with the characteristics of the product and the mailing restrictions, you can contact online customer service to request a modification of the restrictions for the restricted products. JoyaBuy will determine whether to allow the modification based on the actual condition of the product. If the modification is permitted, you will need to bear any risks that arise from this change.
