2. No Further Updates After Initial Tracking

For certain routes, the first tracking update will show the collection scan after the parcel is dispatched. The next update will occur after the parcel is picked up and scanned by the courier. The time between updates can vary from 3 to 10 days depending on the route. Please wait patiently.
